Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

rk333 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any Player at any time. Where a Player cannot satisfactorily verify their age, rk333 will suspend the Account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending resolution. In confirmed cases of underage gambling, the Account will be permanently closed and all funds returned, less any amounts already wagered.

Account Registration

To access the full range of rk333 services, including placing Bets and making deposits or withdrawals, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions govern Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on rk333. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited. Deposits and Withdrawals

Bonuses and Promotions

• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.

Betting and Casino Rules

All Bets placed on rk333 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, or slots — as published on the Platform at the time of the Bet. The following general rules apply across all rk333 products:

• Bet Acceptance: A Bet is only considered accepted once rk333 has issued a confirmed bet reference to the Player. rk333 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any Bet at its sole discretion, including where a Player has placed unusually large stakes or where a system error has generated incorrect odds.
• Manifest Errors: rk333 reserves the right to void any Bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error — defined as an obvious and undisputable mistake in the odds, market, or event details. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

Prohibited Activities

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants any Player a licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any rk333 content.
